If you have been watching our counters the last few weeks you would have noticed our twitter followers was flirting with the 600 followers milestone and our RSS subscribers around 500. It was a race to see which milestone would happen first. Rightly so twitter won.

I haven’t started writing my acceptance speech yet but a Sally Field’s “You like me, you really like me,” speech comes to mind.

In all honesty I think all of the blogs nominated on the Best of 604 all deserve a reward for having an open company where they are building a community with their customers. Like it or not we do not sell services or products anymore but experiences. A blog is another tool to add to your customers experience with your company and all of the nominees understand that. My fellow cyber pioneers we are setting the way for other companies to follow and applaud you all for being leaders.

I have been working on getting more development topics added to the blog to appeal to those who want to learn development or want to gain more skills in it. Our weekend projects currently are the most viewed topics each month so people are looking to learn more.

  Have you tried taking a picture with your cell phone lately? While the quality is certainly improving, most people would say that the images produced by camera phones are nowhere near as good as those produced by even the cheapest of point-and-shoot digital cameras. Let’s not even bring DSLRs into the discussion, because there’s no way that a camera phone could compete with those more professional-grade cameras.
