In the Sphere: Ebert, Kodak, and Chow

It’s the end of yet another work week, so it’s time to sit back, kick up your heels, and enjoy some of the best posts that the blogosphere has to offer.

Damien Riley starts us off with a brief discussion on how Roger Ebert helped him use Twitter. From the outside looking in, it can sometimes be difficult to understand how to best use Twitter. Thankfully, the well-respected movie critic leads by example.

RT Cunningham attacks a more controversial topic, asking what is wrong with gays in the military. I don’t see how a person’s sexual orientation factors into their ability to serve their country, per se, since they are just as able and qualified to carry a gun. Some may disagree.

John Biehler went to enjoy some sun and some surf, recording the entire adventure with the Kodak PlaySport ZX3. This HD video camera happens to be completely waterproof, making it great for all kinds of vacation shots both in Hawaii and elsewhere.

Claudia and Sergio Olivos remind us of the importance of friendship and what we can do to nurture these most valuable of relationships. Are you calling on their birthday? Are you staying in touch every month? Do you acknowledge their milestone achievements?

Free Money Finance takes a moment to review Make Money Online, the new book written by Vancouver webtrepreneurs John Chow and Michael Kwan. The book exclaims the importance of quality content, good marketing, and the maximization of revenue.
