Do you want to lead a healthier lifestyle? Want to do what you can to cut the pesticides and preservatives out of your diet? Then, you might want to check out the Amarosia Organic Garden. Their website happens to be hosted on BlueFur’s servers and we all know that BlueFur is a green provider too.
Amarosia Organic Garden is comprised of five acres overlooking Shediac Bay in New Brunswick, Canada. The old Acadian farmland produces all kinds of certified organic vegetables, fruits, herbs, and spices. The freshly picked produce is sold through the Farm Share Program during the late summer and early fall, opening up from July to November. You can also find the organic produce at their self serve farm stand.
How does the Farm Share Program work at Amarosia? Instead of buying the produce during the harvest in fall, you can pre-purchase a share of the vegetables and fruits in the spring when they are planted. You can then return in the fall to collect a portion of the harvest every week for a total of 18 weeks, knowing that it’s super fresh and certified organic.
