		<description>I&#039;d prefer to wait for Fantastico version to upgrade, but honestly, the wait kills me. Usually I see a lot of unusual activity on my site, with spam, user sign-ups, between the announcement of the upgrade and the time it takes for the Fantastico version to become available.

A while back, I found a plug-in for the WordPress Automatic Update which does the backups and update for me. So far, it hasn&#039;t failed me and I recommend it to anyone else who has similar concerns.</description>

		<description>That&#039;s a bit misleading because the 2.6.1 release isn&#039;t actually a required update. If you&#039;re experiencing any problems with 2.6, you should go ahead and upgrade, if you&#039;re happy with 2.6, there&#039;s no harm in staying there for now.</description>
