Just curious: can you make full feeds available, as well as the current exerpt feeds, for the benefit of the 85% percent of us who read through an RSS reader?
Another fine addition would be a separate comments feed.
Now if there were some way for feedburner to link both the site feed and the comments feed… Hm…

Yes you can do a full and partial feed.
WordPress has a comment feed by default which works at either the entire blog level or for each post.
To test if there is a feed just add a /feed at the end of any link in your blog.

I know how to set feeds up on my own site (and I’ve switched to feedburner from the wordpress default. I was wondering if you could offer a full fed from the bluefur blog? Right now only excerpts appear in my bloglines reader.

Our feed is full feed. :|
I wonder why bloglines is not showing it as so.

When I type: http://blog.bluefur.com/feed, Firefox opens a feedburner RSS page http://feeds.feedburner.com/Bluefurcom that only shows excerpts. Maybe you need to change a setting in feedburner?
Scratch that. I don’t know how I fixed it on my site. I thought it might have had something to do with the bugs in WP 2.5.1 that caused them to release 2.6 (Tyner) early. But I noticed you’re already running 2.6. Anyway, somehow I managed to get WP’s feed to display full posts (I was only getting excerpts regardless of the setting!) and use that as my feedburner default.
Then I use Bloglines to strip out full posts if the writer (like me) is too verbose. ;-)
I’m using the Disqus plugin for comments. Small company in California. They generate their own feed for comments, or all comments for a specific site.

Firefox displays feeds as excerpts regardless if they’re full feeds or not.
