Grace Kwok who most of you know as our billing staff tendered her resignation today. She is going back to school and all the staff here would like to wish her good luck. Graces duties will be taken over by Laura Tazinski who has been working under Grace part-time. I am confident that Laura will be able to pick up the reigns where Grace left off.
