		<description>I agree that a mission statement is important, not only for Google but for small businesses as well. Our mission statement is &quot;IttyBiz exists to help the little guy&quot;, by which we mean businesses of 5 or fewer employees. Recently we realized that 90% of our time was being spent on one client who was a fairly large company. While we liked the security of working with that company, we realized that this was causing us to neglect the people we set out to help in the first place. Always a good idea to perform that reality check.</description>
