Community Evolved Hosting – Job Board

Evolution

As a website owner you have work to be done and need to find the right person to do it. As a developer or designer you want to find new customers. Our community has these 2 types of people visit it daily. Does it make sense then that we provide a job board?

It would not take that much to add a job board and I think it would bring value to our community. As a job poster you would sign-up and be able to post a job for free. Developer and designers would be able to apply to your job at no cost to them.

What do you think?

  • I think it would be a nice addition and is something that I imagine I would reference on a regular basis to see what opportunities were available.

  • Sounds like a great idea. I for one would check for opportunities on a regular basis as well as post out source jobs.

  • Recently i just started doing freelancing work to earn some extra money.

I think this is a great idea , if people need help with there site , its a good place to post.

But the question is why would they use a forum like bluefur to post a job instead of just going to getafreelancer , or odesk to hire someone where there is thousands of freelancers.

  • If you can drive traffic to it, and keep spam out of it, it might work.

  • I’d use it. Sounds like a good idea. Its smaller size and ease of use could give it an advantage over something like getafreelancer or odesk. Plus there are a lot of people who have good experiences with BlueFur and the BlueFur community, so they might prefer to work with others in the community instead of taking their chances with an “outside agency.”
