Zelus Hard Drive Failure

At around 10:00 PM PST the hard drive on the Zelus server suffered a complete failure. Our staff are on site and will be doing the following:

  • Remove the dead drive and install/format a new drive.
  • Do an OS reload on the server.
  • Install cPanel on the server.
  • Reload each account on to the server from our backups.

This process depending on many variables can take anywhere from 12 to 48 hours. We will update our news section as we move along with the process.
