It goes from using round corners to square corners, which looks weird. The three squares at the bottom aren’t consistent with the rest of the design and look out of place.
The footer needs work to. Maybe have it slimmer and have a 100% width.
Oh, and using tables for the design is so not Web 2.0. :P

Smaller header good.
That white background looks a bit empty, but then, that’s probably because of the screen resolution I’m running at (1400 x 1050). The current blue-ish background helps to fill a bit all that unused space.
