Congrats on the new design… it looks great!
Small problem with the comment box though… looks like e-mail field is hidden behind the comment textarea.

It’s still possible to submit the form, you just have to tab to the email field and fill it out, even though you can’t see it…

The new design looks great, although as mentioned there are a few issues.
In addition to the email field being hidden, your footer text is not lined up properly in the little bar in the footer (assuming that was the intent). I haven’t noticed anything else with Firefox.
But…IE6 – yikes! There are quite a few problems with IE6, don’t have IE7 here at work so I haven’t looked at that yet. In IE6, the post is pushed way down the screen and the footer is not aligned either.
FWIW, I noticed that you have removed the display of who authored the post. It is still visible in the RSS feed but I miss seeing that here.

1. Email field is hidden
2. MyBlogLog community widget extends beyond the “frame”
3. Copyright and “Theme by” text in footer is misaligned (needs to be bumped up a bit)

Why is almost every image a background? (no offense, Nate) Having almost all the images as background is a bad thing. For one, the accessibility is impaired because you can’t put alt’s on backgrounds, and most of the links in the theme don’t have title’s on them…
A “cursor: pointer;” should be put on #ss and #subs.
Also for the Newsletter subscription, why is “Name:”, “Email:” and “Your information will not be shared.” an image?
Also, the images would look better as PNGs, since they compress losslessly.
If you keep pressing “larger size” on the comment textarea, the bottom of it will eventually disappear.
As mentioned before, the MyBlogLog thing is too long, the copyright line needs to be moved up (<div style=”clear:both;margin-bottom:10px”></div> may be the culprit) and the email field is under the textarea.
All of Nate’s designs basically look the same, though…

The footer likes to wander upwards too… I’ve seen it covering the last post half-way through… The “position: relative;” on #footer may be the problem…

Also none of the links change when hovered over… Is this intended; it’s a little weird…
