I get a lot of sales questions from day to day. So I thought I would post some of them here in the hopes that people will find them.

1. Do you have an affiliate program that I can sign up to? Yes we do that can be found at www.bluefuraffiliate.com. There is more detail on the program at that site. 

2. Do you have servers in Canada and can I pick where I have my site(s)? Yes we do have servers in Canada. We have servers currently in Montreal and Vancouver. We also have servers in Texas, New York and Seattle. You can specify which location you wish to placed in by emailing billing@bluefur.com directly after your purchase.

3. Do I have to renew the package after a period or will it be automatically renewed? If you are paying with Credit Card or PayPal both of these types are setup to automatically renew.

4. I was wondering if it would be possible to upload my files to your servers as a test? No we do not provide any test accounts on any of our servers. If you would like to test your script you can purchase an account and if it does not work you can request a cancellation and receive your 30 day money back guarantee.

5. If I purchase monthly to start can I change it to yearly later and will I get the discount? Yes you can change your payment schedule at any time. If you pay yearly you will get the discount.

6. What does unmetered mean is it the same as unlimited? Unmetered means we do not measure or limit you to a number of that particular feature. I would not say it is the same as unlimited but? they are similar. The reason we do not use the word unlimited is because the word implies that you can have an infinite amount devoid of the space and bandwidth you purchase. We feel it is a bit dishonest to use Unlimited and hence why we use a more correct word unmetered.

7. Do you have a reseller program and is it white label? Yes we do provide reseller hosting and it is a white label solution so your customer will not know we are providing the hosting.

8. I would like to purchase a 40 GB shared hosting account, which package is best for me? We do not provide any shared hosting plans that would accommodate your need for a 40 GB’s of space. I would suggest our smallest Xlite server to fit your requirements.

9. Do you use PHP 5 on your servers? Yes we use both PHP 4 and 5 on our servers. We now have a easy button to allow you to move from PHP 4 to 5 in our control panel.

10. I have several shirts to make for an event, what is your minimum run? Sorry but we don’t actually make shirts here at BlueFur.com but if you would like some really cool shirts though checkout our available clothes at store.bluefur.com.
