In The Sphere: A Del.icio.us Mission Statement for Life

Posted on August 17th, 2007

For any locals (Vancouver) in the audience, the PNE opens tomorrow and if you get there before noon, entrance is free! But, as per tradition in this city, the weather forecast calls for rain, so your free admission to the fair comes at a price… sort of.

Anyways, on with our tour of the blogosphere to see what’s up on this beautiful Friday afternoon:

Vandelay Website Design gives us 10 tips for making your blog posts more del.icio.us. These tips aren’t specific that to particular social bookmarking service either! You can easily make use of these pointers to get yourself Dugg, Stumbled, Reddit’d, Netscape’d, or whatever other traffic generator you enjoy using.

Tyson from SomeMakeMoney.com went out and found a mission statement for living. We all talk about living a balanced lifestyle, not overwhelming ourselves with work, nor being lazy and focusing too much on our personal lives, and now there’s a quote that encompasses it all.

Darren Barefoot is back in Vancouver and he’s been pulled in all sorts of directions with meetings and such. After having a couple meetings cancelled at the last possible moment via email, he’s decided that it’s time to get an email-enabled mobile device. We’re pretty technologically-inclined here; you think you help point him in the right direction?

Mad About Movies has discovered what could be the most incredible piece of movie memorabilia known to man. OK, it might not be that great, but these Office Space toys are pretty darn cool. Poor Milton is getting his desk moved again, and he’s still got all those TPS reports to do! Have you seen my stapler?

Derek Semmler went and did a case study on the All-In-One SEO Wordpress Plug-In, finding out if it really did make his blog more search engine friendly. In this case study update, he has found some rather remarkable results… but they’re not exactly positive.
