		<description>I see it working because people are inherently lazy by nature, and they will really push hard in the beginning but lack off because they aren&#039;t getting the traffic or making the money like the big guys.  That&#039;s the thing though, you can&#039;t compare yourself to those who have already put in the time and dedication.  If anything, only compare yourself to the people who started with you.</description>

		<description>That&#039;s actually a really good idea and something I would probably be interested in myself.  This could get tricky due to money being involved but with a clearly defined agreement that might not be a problem.

For instance, assume two people are writing on one blog.  Do you split any income evenly?  Do you try to isolate earnings from specific content or posts to give more credit to that author?  What happens if one author writes more than the other and is carrying more of the load?

I&#039;m intrigued by the idea though and think it could certainly have some potential.</description>
