Anyways that is a good idea Matt , but the thing is your going to have to get people who are good enough interested in this. I think most people who have enough skills to do this will do something on there own. I know your going to argue about how there is more than one person doing this project, but still some people like to do there own things. 

For my skills , really i don&#039;t know much php or my sql. I know enough i can follow directions and make very simple additions and changes.</description>
