MyBlogLog

I learned about MyBlogLog from internet marketing guru Jeremy Shoemoney. After using it for about a month I think this is a great service and would recommend this to anyone with a blog.

MyBlogLog lets you track the stats for your site. So you can see where people have come in from, where they are clicking and much more. MyBlogLog also lets you add widgets to your site to display these stats to your visitors. These widgets include Recent Readers and Top 5 Links.

Beyond the stats and widgets MyBlogLog is a community of bloggers who like to read blogs. They allow you to create a Community around your Blog that fellow bloggers can join.

If you are looking to build up your blog visitors and track your stats give MyBlogLog a try.

  • When I first saw those widgets I thought the only thing MyBlogLog did was provide the most recent visitors to the blog. Thanks for letting me know that it’s so much more than that.

  • They do offer quite some more indeed, though I haven’t found much ‘use’ for it yet, if you ask me it looks a bit like the stuff Myspace/Hyves/Spaces offer, which isn’t quite a positive thing ;)

  • If anything it drives traffic to your site.

  • I found MyBlogLog from Jeff Kee and John Chow, and saw you on there… which reminded me of this blog! I forgot you started this, it is a great resource! I linked it from my own technical blog, as it is very relevant.

    Keep up the good work.

  • Just installed mybloglog. It is a great idea but I found an interesting little problem that I don’t like. On my recent visitors, I have online pharmacy and free i-phone. Now this is Spam and can’t be on my site. Does anyone know of a way to get rid of these pests?

  • cool, I figured it out. You can block the idiot spammers by clicking on the little red X that appears when you roll over the image on your site.

  • YEs, if you rollover your own list when logged into mubloglog, you h ave a little ‘x’ in the top-right corner
