If you ask me BlueFur sounds better than Monster hosting it doesn’t matter if there is no keyword (i.e Hosting) in it as it is it seems that search engines are not paing much attention to domain names

I think Bluefur sounds much better than monsterhosting anyway. Creates a much better image in the mind of the customer!

Good luck, guys! Sorry to hear that you got trod on by a true ‘monster’, with too much money to spend on lawyers.

I’d certainly choose you over ‘them’ ANY DAY! Unfortunately, my own host is pretty good so I’m not likely to change in the short term!

Rainer,

An american company can not take your .ca domain unless they have a Canadian trademark. It does not mean that they can not sue you for damanges if you have US customers. Canadian courts will uphold and collect those damages.
